Because graphic design and printing are creative processes, and several orders may be received at once, turnaround time is not guaranteed. Generally, however, the following times are representative:
BUSINESS CARD DESIGN: We will return an e-proof to you within 1 business day of payment. Depending on how soon you approve the e-proof, or how complex changes are, it can go to print the same day.
POSTCARD DESIGN: We will return an e-proof to you within 2 business days of payment. Depending on how soon you approve the e-proof, or how complex changes are, it can go to print the same day.
BROCHURE DESIGN: We will return an e-proof to you within 4 business days of payment. Depending on how soon you approve the e-proof, or how complex changes are, it can go to print the same day.
STANDARD PRINTING: Please allow 3-6 business days for standard printing on most items.
RUSH PRINTING: In most cases, rush jobs are printed within 24 hours of e-proof approval.
DELIVERY: All orders are shipped UPS ground or delivered locally to the Detroit area. If you have a special request for expedited shipping, please contact us.
